Karat Canvas has chosen its credit packs and is setting up payments. Checkout is currently unavailable and no payments are being collected. The purchase policy below will apply when checkout opens.
When checkout opens, refund requests for wholly unused packs may be made within seven days of purchase. Used credits and completed AI processing are reviewed individually. Failed processing will not consume credits. Contact [email protected] with your purchase reference and account email. The applicable payment and refund processing timelines will be shown before checkout opens.
Keep the original and the saved result. Tell support which photograph is affected, what differs and which pieces or details need attention. Do not send passwords, API keys or sign-in links.
